Here is a great link that contain many other links to medical articles about coconut oil: http://coconutoil.com/coconut-oil-research/
Thanks for watching and commenting. I just want to clarify that I'm not advising people to stop taking medication or to not see a doctor. I'm not a doctor. I'm just advising on my own personal experience. There are plenty of medical articles and great research out there about the benefits of coconut oil. I'm just sharing some uses so people can be aware of this amazing natural remedy and choose to do their own research to see if it's something they would be interested in trying. I'm not advising this is the only cure for it all either. There are many other amazing natural cures out there. It's just a fact that some places in the world that have no access to medicines use coconut oil as a remedy by ingesting large quantities of coconut oil when sick with cold or any virus.
However, I can personally attest that coconut oil cured a horrible UTI that I had a long time ago. I had a pretty bad UTI years ago. I was in a lot of pain for days and one night the pain was so horrible I thought I needed to go to an emergency room. However, I had no insurance to even go see a doctor at the time. Therefore, I had no other option but to try something natural.
So by reading of the benefits of coconut oil online I decided to ingest 3 tablespoons of Coconut oil in the middle of the night. And I was amazed that my UTI pain was gone in just 20 minutes after taking 3 tablespoons of coconut oil. The horrible pain was gone and I was able to sleep all night. I woke up with no UTI pain at all and had no more pain anymore. I continued taking 1 tablespoon of coconut oil a day just to make sure but the pain never came back and I haven't had any UTI every since and it's been years since that happened. Therefore, I can tell you from a personal experience that coconut oil does cure UTI.
I should have shared that experience in the video, but It was already pretty long video so I decided not to mentioned it. However now I regret not adding this experience to the video and that's why I'm including it now. I was answering to one question in the comments that inspired me to share this experience here. so now I'm adding it here in case it can help someone else if they also have UTIs.
I cannot attest to any other ailments, because I don't have personal experience with other ailment that coconut oil claims to cure, but there are a lot of medical research and information online so it's up to people to read and see if it's something they would like to try for themselves. This video it's only a small compilation of some of the research I found online. There are much more than 21 uses of coconut oil. I just listed some of the uses to share with people to help them like these articles helped me try something natural that worked for me. Thanks for watching.
Disclaimer: all the information from my videos are from my personal experience and also from my personal research on the web. Please try them at your own choice. I'm not a doctor so make sure to check with your doctor before changing anything in your diet or normal routine. I also advise to always to a patch test before applying anything to your skin to make sure you are not allergic. Every skin and person is different so make sure to always do your own research as well and consult a doctor in case you have any concerns.

Hi Yes you can. However the cold pressed unrefined coconut oil have more nutrients, because it is less processed, but any coconut oil will give you amazing benefits as well. Try the one you have at home and if you can when you ran out buy a cold pressed unrefined coconut oil and see which one you see the best results. but the one you have at home should be fine to start and try it out. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks for watching
YES!!!! one of my favorites for sure. Lately I'm using coconut oil mixes with Turmeric as a toothpaste and my teeth has never been this white. Try it out. It does not stain the teeth. I also made a whole video about it if you want to check it out. here is the link: https://youtu.be/hKiGj9QQsek
+kia cheng No. Coconut oil does not cause hair growth on face. Hair growth on face is influenced by other factors such as hormones or hereditary. Ive used both coconut oil and olive oil on face and i have no facial hair. So i personally can tell you it does not cause it. Thanks for watching and let me know if you have any other questions.
Me too. It's one of my favorite oils. I also just made an amazing DIY Coconut oil scrub that is making my skin super soft. Here is the link if you want to check it out. COCONUT OIL BODY SCRUB https://youtu.be/Z1SdKnHhz-I Thanks for watching.
+Sally Ako Konnichiwa! I went to Japan last year and I love it! It is such a wonderful country! Yes it's ok. You can certainly put the coconut oil jar in a warm water to get it to melt since it hardens in cold weather. Should be fine and it still keeps all the nutrients. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks for watching! xo
+Usha Gurung I've never left it overnight on my face. I've used as ingredient on face masks and left for 30 minutes only on my face. But I've heard some people use it as a facial overnight moisturizer with great results. I personally prefer Olive oil or avocado oil to use on face. I often use coconut oil on my body, hair and face masks. However, You can try it out and see how your skin reacts.
+Reyna Moncibaiz I've never used Vegetal oil on my skin. I'm not sure how would the skin would react. It might clog the pores since Vegetal oil is processed different in high temperatures for cooking so this process does stripe most of the nutrients from natural oils leaving it just for more cooking and frying purposes. So I'm not sure if it's a good choice for skincare for these reasons. So I'd suggest to stick with cold pressed oils or extra virgin oils like coconut oil, olive oil, avocado oil, almond oil or Argon oil for skincare since they have known benefits for the skin and are also very affordable and easy to find. Thanks for watching :)
+CutieCrusher // Olivia Awesome! Both are great, but personally I prefer to use only organic products for my skincare on my face and i also make sure it says cold press. Because the method of cold pressed for coconut oil it's the best because it keeps more nutrients. But either way coconut oil is amazing! Let me know if you have any other questions :) xoxo
+Haya Usman Virgin coconut oil it's great. Just make sure it's cold pressed. Because cold pressed have higher benefits since the way the oil is processed it's not heated so keeps higher levels of nutrients.
+LadyBluuYoungNails Yes you can eat it right out of the jar or use it to mix on smoothies. The coconut oil does not have to be heated. I usually add a tablespoon to my smoothies and cook with it as well. And sometimes when I have a cold or if I'm about to get sick I take 3 tablespoons of it from the jar and often if taken soon enough helps stop a cold on it's tracks. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks for watching :)
+aqlh ndh Coconut oil is great to help eye lash growth. Just apply a little bit on eyelashes before going to bed. Melt a bit on your hands and just dab on eye lids and eye lash division or use a mascara brush to brush it into eye lashes. when using the mascara brush make sure the oil is a little melted to avoid being too messy. In the winter coconut oil turns into a white paste but melts pretty quickly once held on hands. Just put a little bit on palm of hand and use finger tips to melt a bit the oil before applying to mascara brush or just dab it on eye lashes. It helps moisturize and growth. Use it every nite for best results and the plus is that any left over oil will also help mosturize eye area and prevent wrinkles.
hi. i want to ask. if i put coconut oil into my face, do i have to wash it? and what minutes or its okay if i put that until the next morning? i want to put coconut oil at my face and hair. i hv to use different coconut oil or same? virgin coconut oil or something? sorry for my bad eng
+aqlh ndh To put on face it's best to do it in the evening so it can stay all nite on the skin and not be oily during the day. You can also add coconut oil to your favorite DIY facial masks and leave for 30 minutes but over night would be best. I'd also suggest using the best quality coconut oil cold pressed and if possible organic. Cold pressed it's the best because keep the most nutrients on the oil than any other processed oil and also make sure it's pure coconut oil and not mixed with other oils. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks for watching :) xo
An analysis of representative literature concerning the widely recognized ineffective learning of "place-value" by American children arguably also demonstrates a widespread lack of understanding of the concept of place-value among elementary school arithmetic teachers and among researchers themselves. Just being able to use place-value to write numbers and perform calculations, and to describe the process is not sufficient understanding to be able to teach it to children in the most complete and efficient manner.
A conceptual analysis and explication of the concept of "place-value" points to a more effective method of teaching it. However, effectively teaching "place-value" (or any conceptual or logical subject) requires more than the mechanical application of a different method, different content, or the introduction of a different kind of "manipulative". First, it is necessary to distinguish among mathematical 1) conventions, 2) algorithmic manipulations, and 3) logical/conceptual relationships, and then it is necessary to understand each of these requires different methods for effective teaching. And it is necessary to understand those different methods. Place-value involves all three mathematical elements.
Practice versus Understanding.
Almost everyone who has had difficulty with introductory algebra has had an algebra teacher say to them "Just work more problems, and it will become clear to you. You are just not working enough problems." And, of course, when you cant work any problems, it is difficult to work many of them. Meeting the complaint "I cant do any of these" with the response "Then do them all" seems absurd, when it is a matter of conceptual understanding. It is not absurd when it is simply a matter of practicing something one can do correctly, but just not as adroitly, smoothly, quickly, or automatically as more practice would allow. Hence, athletes practice various skills to make them become more automatic and reflexive; students practice reciting a poem until they can do it smoothly; and musicians practice a piece until they can play it with little effort or error. And practicing something one cannot do very well is not absurd where practice will allow for self-correction. Hence, a tennis player may be able to work out a faulty stroke himself by analyzing his own form to find flawed technique or by trying different things until he arrives at something that seems right, which he then practices. But practicing something that one cannot even begin to do or understand, and that trial and error does not improve, is not going to lead to perfection or --as in the case of certain conceptual aspects of algebra-- any understanding at all.
